Colleen is in her 9th year working for Dan and received her license in 2014. While they are now business partners, most know them as the father/daughter duo that has been in Lyons since 1995.
Colleen plays a key role at Gateway Realty in all transactions by assisting Dan and the Gateway Realty team. She is innovative and implements efficient systems while being highly organized and task orientated.
As a mom to two children, Colleen is compassionate and understanding of the needs of families looking to move in and around the Lyons area. Colleen is also a buyer specialist and is ready to help you find the perfect home.

Dot has been a Realtor since 2012. She started her career with her husband, Byron, buying tired and neglected homes and going beyond the fix and flip to create truly beautiful homes remodeled with high-end finishes. At that time their focus was the northern Metro Denver area, but when she joined the team at Gateway, she was excited to focus closer to her community.
This experience has given Dot great insight into the bones of a home and ability to recognize possible problems as well as its attributes and true potential; where changes and improvements are feasible and the actual scope of projects.
Dot has been a buyer specialist, but has handled both buyer and seller sides with equal expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail. She delights in getting to know her clients to help them define their needs and brings great enthusiasm and energy to the process.
Dot is also a volunteer naturalist with Boulder County, is an avid hiker, and is passionate about wildlife, nature, and wildflowers in particular. She loves living in the mountains outside of Lyons and with 20 years of experience in mountain living, has insights into the ins and outs of mountain homes and property.

Born and raised in the Midwest in northern Indiana, Chas relocated to Colorado after college with her now husband, Matt. She's called Lyons home since 2000.
Chas brings her warmth and spunkiness to the Gateway Team while managing and coordinating the rental business. Having spent several years as a renter, she understands the nuances of a tenant's responsibilities and happily takes on any challenges while managing the care of multiple properties and communicating with their owners.
Nowadays Chas is a homeowner, which makes her adept at relating to property owners since she understands the importance of properly maintaining a home.
In her free time, Chastidee enjoys hanging out with her three kids, husband and family of furbabies. Spending time outside whether skiing, hiking, swimming or gardening is where you'll find her on days off. Chas also thrives on staying involved in the community and currently sits on fundraising committees for Lyons Elementary and Lyons Middle/Senior Schools. Whether deciding to rent or purchase a home in Lyons, Chas is one of our local go-tos on all things Lyons!

Erin joined the Gateway team driven by an insatiable curiosity to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. As an experienced real estate investor herself, she brings valuable insights and expertise, particularly in the realm of short-term and mid-term rentals. With a passion for helping others maximize their real estate investments, Erin is always delighted to share her experiences and engage in discussions on all things real estate.
Erin not only invests her energy into real estate ventures, but also immerses herself in community involvement. By serving on both the Lyons Area Chamber of Commerce Board and the Town of Lyons Economic Vitality Commission, Erin contributes to the development and success of local businesses and the overall economic vitality of the town.
Living in the mountains outside of Lyons with her family and two adventurous dogs, Erin enjoys hiking, knitting and traveling in her down time.
